in any manufacturer’s equipment or in any service vendor. By specializing
in equipment maintenance management, we know the appropriate market
costs of preventative maintenance and repair for virtually every piece
of equipment. We are experienced at managing the repair process effectively
and efficiently, thereby maximizing our client’s maintenance dollar
and minimizing the amount of time spent on administrative details.
Due to the cumbersome
task of compiling mass amounts of data on current maintenance delivery
systems within a large organization, SU Group LLC provides
the resources consisting of our own employees to do a complete analysis
of the organization’s current expenditures including:
• Pre-paid
equipment maintenance contracts
• Time and materials costs
• On-site or in-house repair staff
• Equipment currently under manufacturer’s warranty.
Once completed,
a comprehensive program model for a new system is developed. Depending
on the data retrieved, the program model may include a number of different
