SU Group Establishes Specialty Lines Insurance Company

Oak Creek, WI – April 28th, 2005 – SU Group LLC, U.S. national provider of equipment maintenance management programs, announced today the establishment of SU Insurance Company, a Specialty Lines carrier for the maintenance insurance market only.

Michael H. Polaski, President and Chief Executive Officer of SU Group stated, “We thank our staff, client base, intermediaries and CNA for their support and the success they helped bring to SU over the last 23 years. Although CNA has provided the financial guarantee for our maintenance insurance clients for more than 20 years, strategically it made sense for us to move into this specialty marketplace. We are excited about the opportunities this provides for us and our expanding customer base. This definitely strengthens our position in the equipment maintenance management market and is a further indication of our on-going commitment to maintaining our leadership position in this industry.” Polaski further stated that, “We will continue to provide our clients with a wide range of program options based on their specific needs and requirements, and to be able to back those options up with financial strength and twenty-three years of experience.”

SU Group completes acquisition of Technology Management Group (TMG)

Oak Creek, WI – July 29th, 2004 - SU Group LLC an international provider of equipment maintenance management programs announced today the completion of it’s acquisition of Technology Management Group (TMG) a division of Healthcare Technology Associates, Inc.

Commenting on the acquisition Michael H. CNA / SU Group Business Relationship

January 1, 2002 – CNA and Specialty Underwriters, Inc. announced a new business relationship this week whereby Specialty Underwriters will purchase 100% of the Specialty Underwriters LLC stock from CNA Warranty. Effective January 1, 2002, Specialty Underwriters will become CNA’s exclusive agent for equipment maintenance insurance. With operations in both the United States and Canada, Specialty Underwriters is the recognized leader in the field of correctional maintenance insurance for the financial, commercial, medical and government markets.

Michael H. Polaski, President and Chief Executive Officer of Specialty Underwriters, stated the new relationship was a winning proposition for all parties. “By maintaining CNA as our main market, we will continue to provide our clients with a service backed by financial strength and integrity, and offer CNA agents and brokers an ongoing stream of non-traditional revenue. Medical Marketplace

January 1, 2002 – Specialty Underwriters LLC and CNA Warranty announced this week a new business relationship, which will pave the way for Specialty Underwriters’ entry into the Medical marketplace.

Effective January 1, 2002, Specialty Underwriters will also become CNA’s exclusive Agent for equipment maintenance insurance for hospitals and medical facilities, in addition to the other markets these two companies jointly serve.
