The Governmental Program offered by SU Group is a multi-faceted comprehensive, long-term program providing public entities with a proven process and the tools to proactively plan and strategically manage on-going vendor contract negotiations (VCN), combine to provide hard and soft dollar savings on the repair and maintenance of a wide range of electronic office equipment and selected plant / facility equipment.  These services also enable entities to reduce the number of contracts they handle, add and delete equipment easily, track repair requests, monitor equipment performance, and gain consistency of process and budget control of expenses.  This program also provides public entities with the option by buy the program back for a fee once the contract has matured.  Purchasing this buy-back option enables cities, counties, municipalities and state agencies to employ the existing on-site staff and own the software license, proprietary data and established systems required to manage their own maintenance.
